Hey Jodi, I used to keep a list of which books I read too :) So if that's weird, you've got a friend!

I don't believe that liking digital books mean giving up printed books. What I wish for is someway to coordinate reading between a printed version and a digital version — for the times when it's convenient to use an electronic device, and times when you want to curl up with a good ol' paper copy.

I read A LOT (64 books last year, 100 the year before. Yes, I keep a list. Is that weird?) Personally, I would never give up printed books for digital ones (or spend $359 for a Kindle when I can get lots and lots of print books for far less). However, I do think that there may be other cases where digital books have potential. In addition to your "found reading moments", they are useful for textbooks (search functions), uploading other documents (company brochures, white papers), buying only a few chapters for a do-it-yourself project, etc.
